You’ve got questions. We’ve got answers.

What is your typical video production process?

pre-production, production, and post-production: all guided by a strong focus on creative direction and understanding your brand. In pre-production, we collaborate to develop concepts, craft scripts, scout locations, and align visuals with your brand’s identity. During production, we capture high-quality footage with precision and creativity. Finally, in post-production, we edit, color-grade, and add finishing touches like sound design and graphics to deliver a polished, brand-aligned video that resonates with your audience.

How long does it take to receive the final video/photo?

Our standard turnaround time is 2 weeks, as this allows us to maintain quality while aligning with our production schedule. However, the timeline may vary depending on the project’s scale and your specific deadline. Expedited delivery options are available if needed—just let us know your requirements, and we’ll work to accommodate them.

Can I request raw footage or unedited photos?

Raw footage or unedited photos can be provided upon request for an additional 20% of the project total. However, this is not industry standard, as raw content is like delivering an unbaked cake—it lacks the polished, finished quality that represents our expertise. Post-production is a critical part of why we’re hired, ensuring the final product reflects our high standards and your vision.

What factors affect pricing?

Pricing for video and photo production is influenced by several factors, including project scope, location, timeline, crew size, equipment needs, rentals and post-production requirements. Additional considerations include pre-production planning, styling, talent, and licensing for usage rights. Each project is customized to fit your unique needs and goals.
